1.Q: What's about your production capacity?

A: We produce 2,200,000 sets TBR and 7,000,000 pcs PCR every year. Now we are building second phase production line.

Then our production capacity will be double.

2.Q: What kind of tires do you have?

A: We produce high quality All Steel Radial Truck Tire, Bias tire, OTR, Car tire, Flap and Inner tubes.

3.Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Within 25 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.

4.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?

A: The MOQ is 20GP, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 40HQ,

as by our exporting experience, 40HQ container sea freight is more economic.

5.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires?

A:

1) Material Purchase Control

We only purchase raw materials from public company, quality inspected by boss himself completely, every batch must be tested.

2) Advanced production equipment, including German Krupp mixer, Netherlands VMI tire building machine.

3) all semi-finished tires are inspected 100%, qualified rate is almost 100%. This is seldom in China.

4) There are 5 times inspection for each tyre, including appearance test, X-ray test, dynamic test and so on. We guarantee, each

Gencotire is high quality good tire, if any quality defect, we Genco is totally responsible for that.

6.Q: Do you have stock?

A: All tires we send to customers are new tires. We don't have any stock to ensure customers use best new tires.

A: We have customers in more than 125 countries until now. Our tires have excellent performance under overloading, so
